Every piece is crafted from 100% premium ceramics — we honor traditional 'chini mitti' craftsmanship, reimagined for contemporary living.

All colours used are lead-free and natural, safe for everyday use, and fused permanently through a fire-glazing process so they never wear off.

Sustainability isn't an afterthought — we source responsibly and produce in small batches, so each piece treads lightly on the earth.

Dishwasher and microwave safe. Handle with care to preserve the handcrafted finish.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays don't count as business days). If we expect a delay, we'll reach out by email or phone. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if an incorrect product was delivered, or the item has a genuine manufacturing defect. Because every piece is handmade, slight variation between products is normal and not considered a defect.

If your order arrives damaged, send us photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
