SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGE REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement will be given only for the ordered items that are damaged during delivery. Our shipping partners take utmost care during delivering our products but if you get a damaged product, kindly send us the photo and video proof of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the replacements once we analyze the damage.
